Our local Mushroom Mogul Anthony Blowers will be back Wednesday, July 22nd  for a mid-week, mid-summer saunter over the river and through the woods. We’ll search for Chanterelles and other summer ‘shrooms, wild edibles and healing herbs. And we’ll end up in the kitchen, where we’ll sauté away, sampling some wild snacks.
