On this extended retreat weekend, look forward to meditation class and practice, teachings on Native American Spirituality, a community talking circle, delicious local farm to table meals, a very special Sunday Talk on the fundamentals of a true spiritual life with visiting Master Teacher John Ashbrook — open for public attendance beyond just retreat registrants — and plenty of time to explore the beauty of rural South West Michigan. Take part in all talks and classes or make that time your own; all participants benefit from participation or simply experiencing our natural, simplified environment. Attendees at all levels of physical fitness are welcome. Reboot, re-energize and reconnect with yourself and the natural world during this three-day, two-night gathering, a life-energizing weekend and Spring rejuvenator.
